Nurse Call Line

First Choice members have access to a 24-hour nurse advice call line. The Nurse Call Line is a toll-free service you can call anytime at 1-800-304-5436.

The nurse will:

• Listen to your symptoms (signs) and help you make a good health care decision
• Help you decide if you should call your doctor or go to the hospital
• Give you tips on how you can care for yourself at home
• Call you back to see how you are feeling

You can also email our nurses for general information about a health care topic. They will call you back within 24 hours. If you have a specific health-related question, please call the Nurse Call Line at 1-800-304-5436.

The Nurse Call Line does not replace your doctor. Instead, the nurse helps you choose the right kind of care from the right place.
