Warming Up for Winter With your First Choice

First Choice by Select Health, along with community partners, will be giving away winter items such as gloves, hats, and gently used coats (while supplies last).

Also available:

Light refreshments.
Activities for kids.
Representatives from the First Choice Family of Health Plans and other community agencies and resources.
