With First Choice by Select Health, you keep your regular Medicaid and receive the following enhanced benefits and services at no cost to you:
- Free Nurse Advice All Day, Everyday - Registered nurses are standing by at our Nurse Help Line and are ready to assist you.
- Eyeglasses or Contacts - Adult members can receive one pair of eyeglasses or contact lenses every year when medically necessary. Children up to 18 years old can get one replacement pair of eyeglasses each year with no copay if they lose or damage their first pair.
