Lelis Welch joined Select Health of South Carolina in September 2008. Welch comes to Select Health with 19 years experience in the managed care industry. She has held management roles within utilization management and case management for the past 11 years, 10 of which involved working within a Medicaid managed care environment for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. She has a variety of clinical experience in both the medical and behavioral health fields as a registered nurse with past certification as a psychiatric nurse for 15 years. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, Fla.
