Kevin Vaughan joined Select Health in 2006 with more than 18 years of healthcare experience including 14 years of experience in call center management. At Select Health, Mr. Vaughan is responsible for the plans’ call center, member education and member outreach efforts.
Prior to joining Select Health, Mr. Vaughan managed call centers for the Medicare Part D prescription drug program, Medicare Part B and a Federal Employee Health Benefit Plan (FEHBP). He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The College of William and Mary in Virginia and a Master’s of Business Administration from Georgia State University.
